Here are some of the most frequently asked questions that we receive.

Do you have a catalogue?

We do not have a catalogue our website is the best way to see our product ranges. We are constantly updating and adding to our products so it’s not possible for us to have a catalogue but, if there are any items that you would like help with please call us on 01252 758703 and we will do our best to help.

What payment methods do you accept?

We have tried to make your shopping experience with us as easy as possible therefore, we have a number of ways you can pay. Through our secure Barclaycard EDPQ payment system who accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and JCB. You can pay using Paypal with your account or without, they accept MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Visa Electron and American Express. Or you can pay using Google Checkout with your account or without, using MasterCard or Visa.You can also pay by cheque or postal order by clicking on the link at the bottom of the payment checkout page. Once your cheque funds have cleared your goods will be dispatched.

How can I return an unwanted item?

We hope that you are happy with your goods but if for some reason you would like to return them or they arrive damaged you will need to inform us by email within 7 days and preferably within 48 hours. You must then arrange return of the goods and we will replace goods at no charge or refund any money paid for the goods including return postage if the goods are found to be faulty.

Is it safe to shop online?

Absolutely. We have taken every step to make sure that your shopping experience is a safe one. All personal details and credit/debit card information is collected through a secure server link. When you enter your information you will see a padlock and the address bar will start with https this means you are entering your details securely and all information will be encrypted. Please note that we do not store any credit/debit card information and all credit/debit card information is handled by secure checkout services (Barclaycard payment systems, Paypal and Google checkout).

What delivery options do you offer?

Orders under £50 incur an delivery charge of £3.99. Orders over £50 are carriage free (please note this carriage free offer does not apply to next day deliveries). These will be delivered in 2 – 5 working days. If you require next day delivery please contact us on 01252 758703 and we will send your order by courier which will incur a delivery charge of £4.99. We are not able to offer this service for a Saturday or Sunday delivery and orders must be received by 12pm that day.

Will I have to sign for my delivery?

Some of our courier companies do require a signature on delivery, so we do recommend that somebody is at the delivery address to sign for your order. If this is not possible & no one is home you may receive a card through your letter box asking you to collect the package from your local courier office or asking you to rearrange delivery. If you would like your order to be delivered to an alternative address i.e. place of work, please enter this address when asked for your delivery details.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Your order will be dispatched the same or next day depending on the time of your order. Orders are sent using Royal Mail or DHL. Upon receipt of our order confirmation email we recommend you allow 5 working days for your delivery, in the unlikely event your order still hasn’t been received after this time please contact us or call us on 01252 758703 and we will investigate for you.

Do you have a shop?
